Dinner Menu

• Assorted dinner rolls
• Baby green salad with red wine vinaigrette (greens with tomatoes/cucumbers)
• Choice of one of three entrees:
  • Salmon filet (drizzled with mild curry sauce) accompanied by mild curried cous cous, spinach and cherry tomatoes – this is a must for salmon lovers!
  • Medallions of Lamb tenderloin (with a dry spice rub of rosemary) drizzled with mild curry sauce accompanied by chickpea rice – the lamb is incredibly tender; beef lovers will really like this mild lamb selection!
  • Grilled Vegetable Kabobs are ‘tented’ over a bed of Farro (a nutty flavored wheat which is cooked like rice and served in this dish as a pilaf) – this selection is our vegetarian selection and is also good for those who are looking for a lighter meal so they can save room for dessert!
• Dessert – Chocolate Decadence Cake (chocolate cake with mild milk/bittersweet chocolate frosting with walnuts and chocolate sauce)
• Coffee/tea

Parking
Valet parking is available at the San Jose Marriott. You must mention you are with the Blue and Gold Auction to receive the discounted rate. If the hotel parking lot is full, additional parking can be found next door at the Convention Center lot or across the street from the hotel.
